Fast clicky minimal, on top of an organic drone.
Recorded at 145 BPM, it can be played slower but not much.
Lots of use of my Xone filter, and zero sequencing.
The two tone drone is designed as an antidote
to the 2/4 techno typically played at this speed.
Chords are not permitted in tekno, but notes are.
Leccy bass
Melodic electro bass.
I didnt want to record this track.
But an off duty Storm Trooper turned up at the studio,
with his twangy bass, the 606 was already on,
bumface had his flute handy.
Whatevs.
Tarantula (Prizilla mix)
A mono 303-a-like, with plenty of slide.
A skippy, clicky, drum mmachine, with lashings of swing.
1 min in and along comes that short shuffly snare.
